Yes! It was Liam Neeson. I’ve finally tracked down the full credits on imdb and he’s right at the bottom: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1588221/fullcredits/ So that’s a relief. It really bugs me when I can’t decide whether a person is who I think they are. Last night, for example, watching ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’, I saw an actress I knew and until I could get to the computer this morning I couldn’t identify her as Anna Popplewell who played Lucy in the Narnia series. But now I can get on with my life.
I got full marks at the doctor’s yesterday: weight is apparently ideal (that surprised me as I thought i had a bit of a spare tyre) and my exercise and diet is also ideal. This did not surprise me as I eat healthily and do yoga daily besides cycling almost every day. Except when my bike is off the road which it is at the moment in spite of my having purchased a new tyre, because it turns out to be the wrong width. So now I have to go into town and change it. So I do, in a sense, have a spare tyre.
The usual mix of depression and annoyance has settled on me after another rejection. Yes, New Walk magazine have declined to publish my excellent Shakespearian sonnet, ‘Richard III’. More fool them, say I. They’ll be sorry, just as the publishers who turned down Harry Potter are sorry. On the plus side, I’ve had a haircut and swapped the tyre and inner tube for new ones. So that’s all good.
Blast! Will it never end? Must I keep saying that?
*Sigh*
